We work with trusted fine art shipping partners to ensure every artwork is professionally packaged, fully insured, and delivered safely to its destination. Every shipment is tailored to the individual artwork, giving collectors complete confidence throughout the delivery process.
Shipping Options
Stretched Canvas (Recommended for Australian Collectors)
Your artwork is professionally packed and shipped ready to hang, preserving the presentation intended by the artist.
Rolled Canvas (Recommended for International Collectors)
For international shipments, we recommend rolled canvas for larger works or for collectors who plan to have their artwork professionally stretched and framed locally. This option helps reduce shipping costs while providing the safest and most efficient method for transporting large original artworks.
Studio Collection (Complimentary)
Collectors are welcome to pick up their artwork in person by appointment. As artworks may be located at Ji’s Studio or a partner exhibition, collection arrangements will be confirmed at the time of purchase to ensure the most convenient location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the artwork's size, destination, and preferred shipping method. Once you have selected an artwork, we will provide a personalized shipping quote that includes professional packaging, insurance, and transportation. No shipping arrangements will be finalized until you have approved.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing for original Ji Chen artworks is available upon inquiry and is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) or US Dollars (USD). We aim to respond to all pricing inquiries within one business day. Bank transfer is our preferred payment method for original artwork purchases. Alternative payment options may be available upon request and can be arranged where suitable.
